400-1000 W sealed CO2 OEM laser sources
OEM series
Easy installation
OEM laser solution available with and without housing. Equipped with industrial grade safety features such as Performance Level D compliant safety shutter and Mil-Spec connectors.
Power for your processing
A single resonator design produces laser light with a linear polarisation and a beam quality of K > 0.83. Highest power and pointing stability for optical performance and precision.
Short optical pulses
High peak power or quasi-CW output for flexible processing. From fine contours in delicate materials to thick material cutting, high-speed perforation and surface treatment.
OEM series sealed CO2 lasers
Power for your processing
The OEM series of sealed CO2 laser sources, comprising OEM 45iX, OEM 50iX, OEM 65iX and OEM 100iX, operate over a wide range of pulse widths, frequencies and coolant temperatures. With a power range of 400 to 1000 Watts, these laser sources are available at three wavelengths: 10.6, 10.25 and 9.3 microns.
The OEM laser series is a compact solution that can be easily integrated into industrial processing production lines. Most of the OEM series include an integrated RF power supply enabling short optical pulses with high peak power or quasi-CW output.
OEM iX lasers use a single resonator design producing laser light with a linear polarisation. With a beam quality of K > 0.83, power and precision are defining characteristics of these lasers.
High stability for output power, beam pointing and wavelength.

OEM laser power for your processing
High speeds and increased productivity for industrial processing applications

Creating patterns on denim (OEM 45iX)
The OEM laser removes pigment from denim to create shading without damaging texture or strength of the fabric. This requires best-in-class power and wavelength stability.

Increased speed and throughput for board manufacture (50iX of the OEM laser series)
The laser cuts grooves in plywood of a consistent width and taper to grip the knife blades firmly. This requires a laser with good beam quality, as well as polarization and power stability.

Cutting automotive airbags (OEM 65iX)
Non-contact laser cutting safeguards the integrity of the airbag fabric and creates smooth, burr-free edges, without discoloration or charring.

Cutting automotive and aerospace materials (100iX of the OEM laser series)
The OEM 100iX excels at cutting thick and tough materials, such as reinforced carbon or glass fibers.
