SR series and SCX 35
IP66 rating (SR)
Hermetically sealed, ideal for the harshest of industrial environments (dust, heat, water spray).
Compact and lightweight mechanical design (SR)
Allowing easy integration into laser-based processing machines for cutting, marking, welding and drilling, among others.
Ideal for robotic applications (SCX 35)
The industrial CO2 laser integrates easily into systems with scanners or other beam guidance components.
SR series
80-250 W sealed CO2 lasers for a watertight laser technology
- Compact and lightweight mechanical design.
- Straightforward DC power supply connection.
- Easy-to-understand control interface and digital diagnostics with enhanced LED.
- The same output beam position for power upgrades with minimal design change in length.
- An integrated RF power supply that is replaceable in the field, so production downtime is minimal.
SCX 35
350 W sealed CO2 lasers for flexible integration
The SCX 35 laser source, with a maximum output power of 350 W, is designed for integration into industrial processing systems. It is often used as an industrial CO2 laser cutter for applications such as plastics and wood, or for kiss cutting in high-speed label production.
It includes a separate RF power supply which enables the laser to produce short optical pulses with high peak power or quasi-CW output. Due to its lightweight and robust design, this industrial CO2 laser is ideal for robotic applications. It can be integrated exceptionally well into systems with scanners or other beam guidance components.
SR series sealed CO2 lasers
Industrial CO2 laser with IP66 rating: protection against water and dust
The SR series of CO2 laser sources includes five models: SR 08s, SR 10i, SR 15i, SR 15s and SR 25i. With a power range of 80 to 250 W, these high-end CO2 lasers for industrial use are available at three wavelengths: 10.6, 10.25 and 9.3 microns.
The RF power supply and beam delivery of the SR series are hermetically sealed to achieve a rating of IP66. This makes the SR series the right industrial CO2 laser for the harshest environments, where they will withstand dust, humidity, and water spray.
The SR 08s is for marking, scribing and kiss cutting applications requiring average rather than peak power. The low power sealed laser source targets both existing customers needing a broader range and new customers who prefer lower power of less than 125 W.
The SR e 9.3 µm series specifically targets PET applications like high-speed bottle coding and the electronics industry, where high peak power and low heat-affected zones are required. Processing polarising film, removing excess bonding agent, and laser texturing, to mention a few, require perfect edge quality and minimum disruption of the surrounding area.
The SR x series offers fast processing capabilities and high-quality results.
Benefits SR series
For a watertight laser technology
- IP66 rating
- Wavelengths 10.6 µm, 10.25 µm, 9.3 µm
- Integrated, field-replaceable RF power supplies
- Compact, lightweight industrial CO2 laser source
- Easy-to-understand diagnostics
Benefits SCX 35
For flexible integration
- Wavelengths 10.6 µm, 10.25 µm, 9.3 µm
- Separate RF power supply for flexible integration
Our SR series and SCX 35 offer a minimum shipment power 20% higher than their rated power. This translates directly into an extended laser lifetime and a reduced cost of ownership. This power, combined with the beam conditioned for excellent beam quality, guarantees optimum part quality and an attractive cost per part for your application.

Harsh environment processing
For production lines needing regular washdowns to comply with strict hygiene regulations

Kiss cutting and cutting for the packaging industry
Laser kiss cutting self-adhesive labels means cutting outlines can be changed as often as desired. Industrial CO₂ lasers handle this with speed and precision, with no need for additional tooling.

Cutting, drilling and scribing for the electronics industry
The SR 15i allows pulse widths up to 1 millisecond. This enables lines, slots, holes and complex profiles to be machined in technical ceramics. No tool contact, reduced mechanical stress, full control of scribing depth.

Cutting, marking and engraving for the textile industry
Cutting fabric by laser seals the edges to prevent fraying and further finishing. Marking denim by laser reduces water usage and eliminates harsh chemicals. Laser engraving T-shirt heat transfers removes waste, reducing processing time.

Plastic and wood cutting
The SCX 35 is the perfect industrial CO2 laser cutter for wood and plastics. It cuts quickly and precisely, allowing even intricate shapes to be produced with ease.
